IBM Partners With Japanese Business, Academia in Quantum Computing

IBM launched a research partnership with Japanese business leaders to accelerate advances in quantum computing and also to strengthen ties between US and Japan in the field. The "Quantum Innovation Initiative Consortium" will be based at the University of Tokyo.
