iOS 15.6.1, iPadOS 15.6.1, and macOS Monterey 12.5.1 have been released by Apple to fix a pair of security vulnerabilities. One of the issues caused an app to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. The company said that this may have been actively exploited. The company recently also released the iOS 16 beta 5.
