Qualcomm Win Confirmed as EU Regulators Won't Appeal Court Ruling Against $1 Billion Fine

Qualcomm's win in Europe's General Court will not be appealed by the European Commission, the regulator confirmed on Friday. The court had ruled in favour of the chip designer, after it found procedural irregularities in the regulator's handling of the case that negatively affected Qualcomm's rights of defence.
