US Orders Nvidia, AMD to Stop Selling Top AI Chips to China

The US is restricting shipments of top AI chips by Nvidia and AMD to China. The move would affect Nvidia's A100 and H100 chips and prevent the shipment of AMD's MI250 chips to China.
