Intel to Receive $3.2 Billion Government Grant to Set Up $25 Billion Israel Chip Plant

Intel will receive a $3.2 billion (roughly Rs. 26,600 crore) grant for new $25 billion (roughly Rs. 2,91,100 crore) chip plant to be constructed in the southern part of Israel, according to the company. The US chipmaker has also said that it will buy ILS 60 billion (roughly Rs. 1,37,500 crore) worth of goods and services from Israeli suppliers over the next decade.
